Motherboard went out, had to replace, reformat disc, loaded 6.5 pro and can’t render out to Mpeg 2 or mpeg dvd
I’m having trouble with Premiere also. When I render out in either mpeg or mpeg dvd all I get is audio. When they reformatted my disc all my files went away. I backed up everything to reload and they all worked fine. It’s like I’m missing some codec or something to allow AE to output mpeg. AE loaded fine and I did output to mpeg prior to the reformatting. Thanks for the help. Bill

Perhaps your activation is screwed? If you restored your files from a disc image, this data might not have been included since it is hidden in sectors normally not used by the OS. try to re-install and then re-activate.
