i have to create a morgt that works From Premiere CC 2017 to Premiere CC 2020

any suggest to make sure the compatibility is right?

Download a cracked version of cc2017 from some torrent and test it there. That is how i do it. I am not sure there is an alternative.
You could also check the changelogs of after effects to see whats new in mogrt(2018 and later), so you don’t use those features.
