  More ram on a Mac OS X 10.5.5 with two dual-core Intel Xeon

  Hi…

  The company I’m working with is considering adding 4 more gigs on our 4 gigs Mac Pro with the above specs. And we were wondering if we will really benefit from it…

  We are using After Effects, Photoshop, the usual stuff and we wanted to know the benefits from adding more ram if any. Especially for the rendering or the previews on After Effects, because After Effects seems to be limited to 3 gigs or something. I’m quite new to the Mac world.
