More buggy compositing in X
This is getting ridiculous. To add to the crop bug, the distort function (corner pin) doesn’t work on compound clips. For example, I’ve got a little shot sequence I’ve nested, and I’m trying to corner pin it into a monitor. Corner pinning works fine on single shots, but corner pinning the compound is just, freaky. The picture is nowhere near the corner pins. Moves around haphazardly as you drag the corner pins.
Another wonderful bug I found today was matching framing secondary clips. Match frame a secondary and the result is half a second off or so. Take the clip out of the secondary and match frame and it’s perfect.
Seriously ugly bugs.

Bret – sorry to say this (because I know it doesn’t help much) but I cannot replicate these issues on my system.
