  Monitor madness

  Since my PowerBook G4 has been acting “slow” lately during edit sessions
  with a LaCie 250gb Porsche, I’m planning on lugging my PowerMac G5
  to a remote location for a quick turnaround edit session.

  However, I’d rather not also have to lug my 22-inch CRT monitor with me.
  My current monitor options are:

  – 13-inch Sony Trinitron
  – 8-inch Sony Color
  – 7-inch flat panel LCD
  – Two/22-inch CRTs

  Any way I can avoid going to Best Buy to waste money on a cheap, flat panel
  LCD, 15-17 inches? I know I can run the program
  output to one of my NTSC monitors, but how can I also get my FCE interface out without a second monitor?
