Monitor Calibration – beyond the basics
I have a few CRT monitors around here and i need to calibrate them beyond the basics. The basics being what is at this site:

From what I understand, to get into anything more I would need an engineer/technician to do this. Anyone know any companies based out of New York that would serve Long Island?

Here in Atlanta we have the Georgia Video and Film Source Book that lists all manner of production companies and personnel in the area. I’m sure there’s something like that in New York. Might also want to call around to Post Houses to see who they use.
We use PostWorks New York all the time and they seem like great guys. Might want to give them a ring or an email for a recommendation.
