  Mograph: how to…?

  i need this effect but the letter should fly in in random order with the time offset. i’ve tried anymating one letter (in my project i’m using cubes placed in fracture object) placed it in null and then i used random effector with time offset, but then the letters starts fly in not in exact same place (-1000 units) and the start position for eatch letter is picked randomlly. the springiness is gone too i guess because that there is no animation in random effector. if i use animation in random effector then time offset doesn’t work. Thanks for helping and sorry for bad english.
