  Modify clip settings error

  I have a batch list of clips to redigitize. Oddly, when I modify the clip settings to exclude the audio, Final Cut wants to digitize the clip twice. Audio does not take up that much extra space so I will leave it. My original timeline that I used to create the offline was only video cuts. Any ideas?
