I’m trying to model a chili pepper and its coming along pretty well, but I’d like to get the effect seen in the attached image… The way the sides of the pepper are “crumpled” inward. Any suggestions on how I can do this?

I’ve modeled my pepper by extruding a 5 sided object and placing it into a Hypernurb.

Below is the look I’m trying to achieve.

your peppers sides are too smooth? You could add a bit of noise in the displacement channel or maybe do a Crumple with the Set Point Value command.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the crumple with the set point value and it didn’t do exactly what I was looking for, but was definitely good enough for what I needed.

    Thanks.
