MKBHD Outro effect?
Hey guys, you all might know MKBHD (if you dont look him up on Youtube). I was wondering about the effect he uses at the end of the video when he transitions to his outro, theres a sort of red glow/flash before his outro shows up. I would like to know if there is a possible way to do that in Vegas? I tried flash and messed about with the settings but I couldnt get the same effect. Help would be greatly appreciated

It looks like a “Light Leak” to me. These are very subtle lighting changes. Google for “Light leaks” and you’ll find a bunch. Some are even free.

Thanks for the answer, its definately a light leak, now ive found a light leak thats very similar to how I would like it but its Orange and I want the leak to be blue, How can I change it to blue? I could just look for a blue light leak but none of the ones ive found are suitable. Could I use the colour corrector to make it blue?

Yes. Also look at the Sepia filter and change that to blue, and the HSL filter will also help you alter colors. Finally, the Color Corrector (Secondary) will allow you to select a color and then change it to another color. That might also help.
