  • Mixing more than one sound track in Multi-Cam clip??

So yeah, not sure how nest to explain it, but there it is.

I understand that I can make a compound sound clip, and then re-sync it into the multi-cam clip BUT how do I then individually mix the two component tracks on the time line?
(assuming I need to change levels, add effects and so on to individual cut bits of the multi-cam sound on the time line, instead of just globally applying the effects, etc to the multi-cam clip, which I understand I can do)

Failing my being able to do so in FCPX, will the separate sound components with in the multi-cam compound clip be exported to OMF if I get a separate professional sound mix to be done?
(note: I’m using X2Pro for OMF export)

    Thanks,
    Steve
