Missing Cineform plugins
I opened an archived project in Premiere CC recently and was missing a lot of color correction plugins – I had originally edited the footage as cineform .avi files, made with Cineform NeoScene. NeoScene still works and imports/exports/plays the footage, but I am missing all of the Cineform color correction plugins inside Premiere. Specifically:
“Video Filter missing: PR.CF_Color_Corrector
Video Filter missing: PR.CF_Color_Corrector_Gamma
Video Filter missing: PR.CF_Levels_Corrector”
Anyone know where to get these? They came into Premiere CS5 automatically upon installing NeoScene but that’s not the case with Premiere CC. I’d rather not have to color grade the whole timeline again from scratch! -

You might try copying the old CineForm plugins from your CS5 plugin folder to your CC plugin folder — but I don’t know if there will be any compatibility issues.
Look here:
- (Windows) Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS5\Support Files\Plug-ins
- (Mac OS) /Applications/Adobe Premiere Pro CS5/Plug-ins
Copy the files into the corresponding folder in Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
If not there, then look here:
- (Windows) Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS5\MediaCore
- (Mac) /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/CS5/MediaCore
And copy the files into the 7.0\MediaCore folder.

Thanks, but I don’t have my previous cs5 install anymore.
I contacted the support team at Cineform and they’ve been awesome – they reset my activation and sent me zip files of all the legacy plugins. Works great now.
