  Missaing DVD – Designing Menus with Encore DVD

  Hello Everyone,

  I bought the great book “Designing Menus with Encore DVD” and it came with a DVD. However, the DVD was lost (or misplaced somewher).

  Could someone be kind enough to tell where can I get a replacement DVD or download it from an FTP server.
