Mirror Effects and Values
I’m looking for an expression or script that dynamically link all effects and parameters of one layer to another so that if I changed the parameters of the original, the dynamically linked layer would have the same effects and the the same effect parameters.

I’m afraid you’ll have to link each property that you intend to vary with a separate expression. Not too tough if you use the pickwhip to create the expressions.
