Minor editing/exporting
I don’t have Final Cut, AE is my most powerful motion suite – and I have some flash websites captured with IShowU, which when I drop in in AE they look great, although I’m trying to edit the length/size of them and when I export/make movie (lossless quicktime) and try to reintroduce them in a comp in AE they are blurred and generally bad quality.
Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?
Should I not be editing at all in AE?

Thanks for the reply – no wonder it was all so tedious! I study multimedia, and have only got in to AE lately.. I guess I’ll being doing all my editing as school from now on.
