When you’re working on a video project which has lots of tracks—- lots of objects flying in and out—- are there ways to minimize the appearance of clutter in your Timeline track area?

I am aware of the Track Mixdown technique… that helps a lot.

Are there no “Folder” objects (like in, say CAKEWALK SONAR) by which you can nest tracks into Folders so they fold up nice and conveniently?

    Other ways to minimize clutter?

    Thanks, Dave

Use nested projects. I almost always have lots of tracks for my intros and I make those in a separate project and then drop that project into my main project so that it only takes up one track. It’s like nested comps in After Effects if you are familiar with that concept. It’s a very powerful tool when using lots of tracks.
