Microphone for recording on MacBook
I have someone that is recording VOs for web presentations using SoundBooth. He is using a condensor lav plugged directly into the MacBook mic port. He is not getting great levels through soundbooth, and bosting the levels after boosts the noise (as I am sure this isn’t a great mic). What is his best bet for better levels? a mic running through some sort of amp? a better mic?
Any help would be great!
