I upgraded to the latest firmware on our multibridge today.
The HD to SD hardware downconversion on channel B is now working! 🙂
I noticed that If I left the channel B connected and did an SD project with downconversion off, it ouputs the same signal as if its on channel A.
Question:
Can I just leave it plugged into channel B for HD and SD editing?
Will that work ok going to digibeta?
I’d like to leave it on channel B so I don’t have to manually reconnect to A for SD projects.

Yes, you can leave it on channel B output even when you turn off down conversion.
