Merge Color Burn Problems
I’ve got a transparent layer with a solid gold color layer above it. The gold layer has the transfer control color burn applied. It makes my glassy gear look a wonderful gold but when I merge the two layers the gold color becomes opaque. How do I apply a color shift to my glassy transparent gear painting and get predictable results when I merge it?
I’ve attempted to upload an image here but I’m not getting predictable feedback from the forum upload image feature. So I’m not sure it worked or how it works. Using Firefox 3.5.9 Mac. Please let me know how to upload an image.

Uploading an image:
press the IMAGE UPLOAD button in the messagewindow
The upload window opens
Browse to your file
select UPLOAD IMAGE
wait till it is uploaded
select the file on the right side of thre upload window
A picture and two links will appear on the left side of the upload window
Select the link on the right side of EMBED
copy this link and paste it into your message at Creative Cow forum
