Mercalli 2 stand alone version and K-lite
I have just installed the stand alone version of Mercalli 2. When I try to start Mercalli 2, it tells me that I have to install the K-lite codec packet. We know that installing the K-lite codec packet will interfere with the codecs installed by Vegas.
How did you deal with this problem?

Click the “Ignore this error” button and it will go away. That’s what I did.
I would also send a email to proDad expressing your concern with their installer. K-Lite has been documented to mess up Vegas Pro and they should NOT be recommending that people install it to make up for deficiencies in their product.
