    Hi,

I’m moving over from Apple’s DVD Studio Pro to Adobe Encore. In DVDSP, it’s super easy to make a menu transitions from either menu to menu or menu to movie with a nice fade or whatever you want. It’s as easy as clicking on the menu, and choosing what type of transition you want in a drop down box.

I can’t find anything like that or even anything that looks like an option to have transitions between menus. Am I missing something?

You can set a menu transition in the transition tab of a button’s properties. So for a button, you would set the target, and then you would set the transition to that target.

There are no pre-made transitions available in Encore. You must create your own, import as an asset, then assign it as the transition for a button. Since you can only set a single file as a menu transition, your file must contain both audio and video (assuming you want audio for your transition).
