Menu is 4:3 but project is 16:9 in DVD Studio Pro
I just burned an SD DVD in DVD Studio Pro (footage is all 1080 25p). The menu is a DVD Studio Pro template (tweaked). When I put the disc into the player, the menu comes up as 4:3 (square) and then when I click ‘play’, the DVD plays in 16:9 as it should. Do I have a setting wrong or something? Thanks.

Well you obviously did not set the menu 16:9 🙂
You do that by clicking on: Outline tab -> MENU (the one that is running 4:3) -> in Inspector under Menu tab you see Display Mode -> there you can choose whether you want your menu 16:9 or 4:3 …
That should do. But of course not every menu is composed for 16:9 so you can end up with deformed menu. Lets see how smart the template is…
