Membrane with Blur
This goes in the Generators folder. It is a simple combination of the Membrane generator with a Gaussian Blur filter. I like to slow it down, scale it up and use different blend modes to give some interesting lighting effects. Also in combination with other generators to make moving backgrounds. Not as cool as some of the other guys have made but still useful!

It was in FCP 7 generators, and I used it to help layer things up and make stuff. So a good one to have at hand in X.
