Media Managing with Motion files
I was wondering if when media managing a program that has many graphics created in Motion 4, whether I have to replace the .motn files in my fcp project with quicktime movie export versions before media managing. I’m worried that if I media manage with .motn files, when I look at the media managed sequence the motion file source media will be missing. Am I wrong about this? I hadn’t “collected media”, but maybe that’s the solution?

Don’t know the answer but you could easily do a test and see. I suspect it works as it references a rendered file somewhere.
