I am running the 30 day Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and for some reason in the last couple of days I keep getting media offline errors on effects I have been working on.I have to right click on the file and do “frame hold or frame blend” to get the file to work again.
After you have rendered it all works until you shut Premiere and then you have to start again.
Any help would be gratefully received as I am tempted to buy this product but not unless I can get it working.

If you want insight to your problem you should start off your question by, putting your computer specs(processor, Mobo, video card, drives and how you are using them, OS, etc), and what is your source material, project settings, etc.

If this ever occurs again, I see the original post is quite old, then simply highlight all your footage and lift it up a layer. For some reason it’s as if the program can’t find the footage, but not in the sense that it asks you to locate it. You will have to lift the footage up a layer every time you open premiere but it’s pretty easy compared to replacing ever clip and undoing it etc.
