    Hi again,

I’m sorry if this question is already answered but I have a quick editing question which should be easy but I can’t find my answer in both the Lessons on YouTube and on the forums (unless I passed it).

You know in FCP when you can select and shift click or lasso it to select part or all clips in the timeline, then Ctrl+G or Shift+Delete to close the gap. How do you do all that in Media Composer? I want to absorb all the knowledge from the lessons I’ve learned in CreativeCow. BTW, Thank you for the tutorials. Very helpful.

Mark an In and Out in the area you want to delete everything. Make sure the tracks are activated, then hit x to splice.
