media got damaged after media manager move option !!

I
Am working on a project that another editor digitized and strung out, most of the clips are originally named untitled and in the project they appear in a name that descries it
Anyways, today after finishing editing the 30 minute long movie I wanted to move it to anther drive for the sound room, I used the media manager -

no i don’t have a copy, so now we need to recreate everything manually (since the TC is free run)stupidly, I thought I can trust the system to do the job , I never had this problem with the Avidlesson learnt (hard way)
