Media generator clips- creating new media with different text
Used to be that when I’d drag a media generated clip into my timeline, Vegas would ask if I wanted to create a new clip. This allowed me to change the content of a title card, and save as a new clip. This isn’t happening. Am I missing a switch? On Vegas 13.

I don’t recognise your procedure and I’ve been running Vegas since 2002. I have VP from version 9 > 15 installed and would be willing to chase this down, but I’d need your step-by-step approach to be of value.

I found out what I was doing wrong. You need to make a copy of the clip on the timeline, then change the type, and it will save as a new clip.
