  Media Express 2.3 DPX capture seems broken

  It looks like, for some users, capturing DPX files as SD PAL using Media Express 2.3 produces files that read OK in Media Express, but show garbage in Apple Color or DaVinci Revival.

  At least for one system, the problem got solved by reverting to Media Express 2.0.1

  I have not tried this out so it’s someone else’s experience.
