Media Composer 3.5.1 audio playback glitching
hey guys,
so i’m working in media composer 3.5.1 and the avid keep glitching when i play back any of my audio. it will play alright for a moment, then the audio gets this digital glitch, like a really annoying stuttering that will get worse the longer you let it play. but then i can scrub back over that same piece and it will play fine, then glitch again a few seconds down in my sequence. it’s seriously annoying!
has anyone else encountered this in the new media composer??

yes i have the same problem, how it sort of changes the pitch up and down a little bit? its very distracting. i haven’t figured out a cure yet either, sorry

I’m working with Media Composer 5.5.2 and I’ve got the same problem, the audio will glitch in random places during playback, and when I play those moments again separately they sound fine. I’ve tried adding a delay to the playback, lowering the quality… It doesn’t change anything to the audio playback. Any ideas?
