Media Composer 3 – missing codecs?
Hi,
I recently installed MC3 onto a Dell precision T3400. I’ve been working on a project with mixed media (dvcpro HD 720pn and HDV 1080) and, prior to exporting, wanted to transcode my timeline to dnxhd 145, however the codec isn’t there (in the dropdown menu within transcode settings and in “media creation”). I only seem to have SD mxf and dv codecs…..
Is there something I’m doing wrong? Any help greatly appreciated.

Check your format tab. Has it been changed to an SD project?
