Media 100 Suite – update to 1.1
I’m having a break between two projects so I just went through the processs of updating Suite 1.0.2 to 1.1 – slowly and carefully…
Everything seems fine, except the Video Signal Window that does not refresh properly, or that has been broken in the making. The bottom part of it is missing. I can barely read the Line Select Text but the window cuts right there and I don’t have the rest of it i.e selecting lines and adjusting them to the zone I want to check.
Media 100 Suite 1.1 (of course)
Intel Mac Pro
OS 10.5.8 (could that be it?)
QuickTime 7.6.4
LHe Drivers v.7 -

Right, I am seeing that too. Also 10.5.8, but as far as I can tell OSX10.5.8 should be supported?!?

Sorry about that. It looks like we caused this problem to happen when we fixed a bigger problem before the release.
We’ll have it fixed soon. Stay tuned.

PS – I’ve been told by Engineering that there is likely no workaround for this one so… if you’ve GOT to have that window fully operational, you’re best bet is v1.0.2 for now.

Turns out there is a VERY lame workaround. If you use a 1920×1200 monitor then less of the tool gets chopped off, giving you access to more of the window.
