Me – the guinea pig
Did the upgrade on 2 vanilla fresh systems:
System 1: MBP : Random crashes – beachball – “red envelope” signs in Color – no clips.
System 2: MP octo – Decklink HD extreme – same problems…..
Sequences sent to color: ProRes 422 HQ and XDCAM.
Reverted back thanks to Carbon Copy cloner now.Thoughts anyone?

ON what, the FCP 6.0.5 upgrade?
I did this on my MacBook Pro, running 10.5.5 and QT 7.5.5…zero issues. Also on my G5 Dual 2.0 running the same OS and QT, and a Kona LH…haven’t used it enough to tell really.
