Maximising CS6
Hi,
Downloaded a trial of CS6. I must say, I am impressed. I can actually do other things with my machine while rendering and also see more than 2 seconds of my animation when previewing.
A question tho, what are the best settings to get the quickest speeds in AE, whilst still being able to use my machine while rendering?
My iMac is 3.4GHz, i7, 20GB Ram.

There are no “best” settings. Different comps have different RAM and CPU requirements, so what settings help one comp render faster may cause another to render more slowly.
