  Mavericks turns off effects and transitions in Premiere Pro

  I just installed Mavericks on my Mac Pro. It has screwed up a few things, and now I find that my effects and transitions folders on Premiere Pro 6 are grayed out and empty. Anyone else finding this? Any way to fix this? Thanks.
