Matte in Premiere Pro
Hi,
I recently jumped from FCP 7 to Premiere Pro CC. I having trouble with Mattes.
I created a white color matte on layer 2, put my video on layer 1, added the track matte key and the video shows through. But I can’t seem to move the video with the matte. Every time I try to move the video around, the matte moves with it.
Is it not possible to move the video within the matte?
Any help is appreciated.

Nest your video fill.
Do the move of the fill inside the nest…
then you can move them independently….
