  • Matching XHA1 and HVX200 for indy feature

So we are on the tail end of finishing up a feature and for 95% of the movie we have used HVX200/redrock/nikon glass/ ect ect…. shooting in 720/24PN
For a small, extra pickup scene we had to use a Canon XHA1 with a Letus to shoot with. We shot in the 1080i at 24f on the Canon.

So, as expected, the Canon footage looks much more like video than the rest of the movie. Is there a way that we can take the scenes in a self-contained and run it through Compressor so that it would match the HVX200? Let me know if you need more information to answer this question, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, and you can see the trailer and story of the movie at https://www.thetimecloset.com
