Matching grainy footage w HD footage
Is there some effect in FCP that can make HD footage look grainy, like grade SD footage? I did a two-camera shoot. One camera shot in 1080i60. The other was a consumer handycam.
One is very high resolution, the other very low. I’m trying

Nattress’ Big Box of Tricks has some plugins that can be used to degrade the image. Or try adding some blur and desaturating chroma in your HD footage. Is there a way you could “treat” the low rez footage that would work in the edit? Make it b/w, sepia, etc.? That way you can partially maintain the HD.
