    Hey Guys,

I’m Andre, I was wondering if anyone knows/ or has a tutorial on how to match canon footage to look like black magic footage.? I shot a short promo video that would be up on subways. And I want to make the canon footage look like the other black magic footage we shot. Please let me know if there are any tutorials out there or info on how to.

    Kind Regards
    Andre

it is a color correction question and the real question is whether it is possible at all.

It is probably possible to make BMCC footage match Canon footage or try and split the difference, but this way round, doubtful.

It is possible to make Canon footage look somewhat like BMCC, but just how close you can get depends on the quality and format of the original footage.

Which Canon model are we talking about? Do you have some footage you can upload? Meaning the final graded BMCC footage that you want to match AND the raw footage from the Canon.

What color correction software do you use?
