Match Frame to Browser or Bin from Source Viewer
Is it possible to match frame what’s in your source or record monitor back to the original clip in the Browser or Bin, and have it highlight in the Bin?

Shift-F will show in browser, otherwise it depends on where the clip has come from. If the viewer is active matchback (F) with a browser clip loaded won’t do anything; when a sequence clip is loaded matchback will match to the corresponding frame in the sequence.
