  Master template weirdness

  I created a custom master template in Motion. I bring it up in FCP fine, and put it on the timeline, then customize (it’s a lower third, so I change the name).

  If I then go to “Open in Editor” for the clip on the timeline, it opens up in Motion (as it should).

  If I then change it and save it, the clip in FCP is completely messed up. Text has moved and changed color. Any clue as to what is causing this?

  I’m in FCP 6.0.6, Motion 3.02. I trashed my prefs, and still the problem persists.
