  • Masking out a seam on a back drop.

    Hi All,

I don’t know if I’m in the right forum, but I’ll give it a shot. I’m editing a video of a pretzel warmer, and the Director would like to have a seam removed from the back drop. I attached a photo as reference. You can see the seam running through the middle of the frame. Any suggestions on how I can mask this out, seamlessly?

    Thank you!

Should be a simple matter of duplicating the footage, masking off two pieces of the wall above with a feathered mask on the copied layer and moving it down to cover the seam. Possibly a slight curve is needed to match the luminosity.
