Masking glow
Hi,
This is a really newbie question but I can’t figure out how to control a glow effect using a mask. I have a clip of a girl walking around and I want just her dress to be glowing, is there a way to do this without using two layers? one with the glow and a mask applied and another layer behind it without glow…..
CAN you control effects like glow and blur using a mask?

One way is to draw a mask on an adjustment layer and then apply the glow to the adjustment layer.
