Mask only things in foreground?
So I have footage where the background is static and a person is moving in the foreground. I am going to be compositing objects into the background. The problem is they are moving quickly. Is there a way to just mask the elements that are moving within the shot?
Any ideas or do I just have to roto the mask?

Ah, the answer seems like it is the Rotobrush but I only have CS4 🙁
