I don’t really understand your question either. So I’ll give it a try.

Maybe you need to press the “continuously rasterize” button on your pre-comp.

It’s the button in the red box on the left side of this image.

I was doing the 140 video copilot´s tutorial.In minute 11:53 Adrew Kramer used a fast blur to correct the tracking error in the precomposed layer “illumination map”: I tried using a mask to better correct the tracking error but subtract mode mask areas not covered desired … I wonder why that happens?

Subtract masks have to be stacked underneath add masks.
