mask at track level
I’ve put a mask on an event many times but now I need to put a mask on an entire track at track level. I thought that feature would show up in pan/crop but it does not.
How do I make a mask that runs across an entire track?

Parent-child projects.
Make a copy of your project (rename it).
Delete all but the track you need masked.
Open the parent.
Insert a new track (perhaps above the original) and mute the original.
Nest this child into the new track.
Apply the P/C Mask event(s) you need on the nested proejct.Hope that works.
