  Marque Tool Hanging on Startup

  When I try to add a title the marque freezes. I force quit the tool but then when I try to open it again it doesn’t appear at all. When I try and quit MC 6 it won’t let me informing me to close the title tool first but it’s not showing up on screen. So I have to force quit Avid. I’ve rebooted but still the same thing occurs. The regular title tool seems to work ok. This ever happen to anyone? Is there a solution?

  OSX 10.8.5
  Avid 6.0.3
  GTX 570 2.5 gig ram.

  Equipment: 2.8 ghz 8 core Intal Mac Pro 3,1 Early 2008, 20 gig of ram
  Aps: Adobe CC , FCP Suite, Avid Media Composer
