I feel a need to say this. When people are talking about a company’s support, and who cares, and who doesn’t, there is no better user advocate out there than Avid’s Marianna Montague. Yup.

shes awesome. I dont even bother trying to email anyone else. Mind you the only problems i seem to run into are activation, licensing, etc. but shes always on point, friendly, and professional.
Avid should be paying this woman the moon, for how many customers she keeps happy.
