The manual is very short about the tracking part.
Can someone explain, step by step, how to manual track an object that gets out of frame?
e.g. I have room with a window on the right, I put a square power window over it and track it. This works when it is inside the frame but when it moves out, the tracking stops and I can’t find the right way to continue.
The manual talks about shift drag to reposition but that doesn’t work on my (Mac) system.

The difference between the interactive part and the interpolate section is not clear.

A bit of guidance and explanations much appreciated!
