Making type writer text look legit…
I am using the typewriter text animator, which is great, but I would like to sell the typewriter thing a little better (i.e. offset the hights of eachl character, adjust the darkness of each character) anyone have any advice on how to get great typewriter feel?

Well you could use a textured paper as the background for the text. Also make it look messy with a duplicate layer with a lowered opacity and blurred a little maybe with some roughened edges.
Use the right font too.
